Briefing and introduction of an expert

After signing the agreement, we schedule a meeting with the Hiring Manager to discuss all the details necessary for recruiting candidates. These include information about the company, the position, candidate requirements, the recruitment process, and proposed employment conditions. Gathering detailed information is essential for conducting an effective recruitment process and searching for candidates best suited to the company’s expectations. Typically, during this stage, we are assisted by an expert in marketing.

Sourcing and selection of candidates

Having all the necessary information regarding the requirements, we proceed with actively sourcing candidates. We schedule screenings with selected candidates and assess their experience and suitability through relevant questions. With a good understanding of the required skills, we can determine whether a candidate is suitable for the position.

Presentation of the candidate

After the interviews with selected candidates, we prepare a recommendation that includes information about the candidate, their experience, motivation for job change, salary expectations, English language proficiency, and availability. We send this prepared recommendation along with the candidate’s CV to the client. Typically, we are able to present the first candidates within about 3 days from the start of the search.

Support in the recruitment process

Thanks to the candidates matched to the profile, most of them are invited to the recruitment process. During the process, we assist the company in scheduling meetings, present cooperation offers, and negotiate rates. In our daily work, we rely on mutual exchange of information at every stage of the recruitment process, so that the company can be assured that the recruitment entrusted to us is being properly carried out and that the offer is positively received by the candidates. We conduct all recruitment processes with great commitment, and our effectiveness is evidenced by the fact that in 2023, all offers for our candidates were accepted.
