Sourcing and candidate selection
With all the requirements clear, we move on to active sourcing. We screen selected candidates and, with sharp questions, assess their experience and fit. Our solid grasp of the required skills lets us verify whether a candidate is right for the role.
After speaking with the candidates, we prepare a recommendation that covers their background, motivation for change, salary expectations, English level and availability. We send that recommendation along with the CV to the client. Typically the first candidates are with you about 3 days after the search starts.
