The beginning of cooperation for a product company from Krakow.

We started our cooperation at the end of 2022 in a success fee model, and our activities focused on finding matched IT specialists. At the turn of the year, the company asked us for broader support, and our founder and recruiter – Kaja – joined the Omni HR team. It was also when we changed our cooperation model to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), which is much more financially beneficial for the client planning intensive team development.
