About me
I'm Kaja. I've worked in IT recruitment for 9 years.
I started in recruitment and over the following years worked with software houses, product companies, startups and larger organisations. I have run processes for a wide range of IT roles and spoken with hundreds of candidates and hiring managers.
Today I combine two perspectives. I still actively recruit for companies, and at the same time I work directly with people looking for work.
That lets me show candidates how their CV and their answers look from the perspective of the person on the other side of the process. And it lets me help companies not only find candidates, but above all assess them well.

I share what I know about IT recruitment, the job market and job searching at events, in workshops and on podcasts, as well as about effective personal branding.
