Responsibilities:

  • Creating wireframes; prototypes; high-fidelity mockups
  • Working with Engineers and Quality Assurance to ensure your designs are getting made accurately;
  • Working with established Design Systems and creating new components
  • Managing the design process, evolving and presenting ideas
  • Conducting user research
  • Presenting design solutions to stakeholders and fellow UX Designers, defending design decisions, and incorporating feedback into the design cycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with a complex product, for multiple platforms with different user groups (at least 3 years in UX/UI)
  • Preparing low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups
  • Ability to create clickable prototypes
  • Working with a Design System
  • Ability to articulate design project-related decisions clearly
  • Experience and skills in research/discovery (conducting customer interviews, quantitative data analysis)
  • Experience in working in Figma or other similar software
  • Experience in working with clients from different countries (gathering client requirements, synthesising insights, and translating them into product recommendations)
  • Experience working in an IT product company (ideally in collaboration with product managers, developers, and business analysts)
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English (C1)
