We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our newly created Growth Team, focusing on impactful growth efforts with an exciting international scope. This is a unique opportunity to build a career as a Junior Pre-Sales Specialist and play a key role in expanding our client’s presence globally.

As a Junior Pre-Sales Specialist, you will support the sales team by preparing product presentations, analyzing customer needs, aligning our solutions to meet client challenges and demonstrating our product capabilities. In this role, you’ll gain valuable experience in client-facing activities, sales processes, and technologies, contributing to delivering impactful solutions to the real estate sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales (pre-sales preferred) and/or or product marketing manager role
  • Fluent English (C1) and German (C1)
  • Knowledge of or interest in facility management and commercial real estate preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, business, finance, or related fields
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ease in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to engage with individuals across various organizational levels, providing technical insights in a user-friendly manner
  • Knowledge of data analysis, lead generation, and customer-centric presentation strategies
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with comfort in handling technical concepts and presenting product features
  • Experience with CRM tools, familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), and knowledge of supporting tools for pre-sales activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting discussions and expanding offerings with existing clients
  • Conducting initial presentations of platform features, highlighting benefits and addressing specific customer pain points
  • Creating tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios to showcase Singu’s impact on client operations
  • Monitoring existing customer portfolio in search for possible expansion opportunities
  • Collaborating with technical and product teams to create and adjust solution presentations based on client needs
  • Consistently updating CRM with client activity and data
  • Analyzing customer needs, customizing solutions, and assisting clients in understanding the real value of our platform
  • Building and expanding knowledge of product and industry trends, including technological advancements
