Our client is an absolute leader in the proptech market in Poland, the company develops solutions to support the operations of commercial properties, i.e. building complexes, logistics parks, office buildings. The company creates web and mobile applications that help manage such buildings. These include, for example, a guest book, software that allows you to operate a reception desk, software that allows you to control entrances and exits in logistics parks, or software that allows you to manage the entire building seamlessly. Recently, the company has secured major financing, which now allows it to grow rapidly and expand into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the ideation process, submitting and refining ideas that contribute to the product’s vision and roadmap.
- Collect and analyze both business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive IT solutions, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Translate strategic proposals into actionable tasks and requirements for implementation, bridging the gap between conceptual designs and practical development.
- Craft detailed specifications and test scenarios to guide product development and ensure rigorous quality assurance.
- Document new and existing product features comprehensively, maintaining a clear and accessible knowledge base for stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between clients, development teams, and UX designers, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered design approach.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Analysis or Product Manager role, or a similar position, preferably within an international project or organization.
- Demonstrated experience in product development, from ideation to launch, with a track record of successful product improvements and innovations.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in expressing complex ideas clearly and accurately in both verbal and written forms.
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills (C1+ level), enabling effective communication in an international work environment.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, with practical experience in navigating each phase for product development.
- Having technical skills is a valuable asset, including the ability to read code, knowledge of SQL, Git, and databases.
