Our client is a company with strong ties to the scientific industry, they have created the technology on which they are now building all kinds of calculators, at this point more than 3,000 of them have already been created. In addition to Developers, the team includes scientists and specialists in various fields: doctors, mathematicians, biologists. The products they create have applications both in everyday life and in more complex projects – from estimating the chance of losing a sock in the wash to calculating the quantum numbers of a given electron. The calculators created by the company receive more than 20 million page views per month, and those numbers are still growing!

Tech stack: Cypress, TestCafe, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js

If you join our client’s team, you will be responsible for:

• Being a strong advocate of quality at every step in the development process,
• Analyzing requirements for software and design, create test cases for the requirements, and automate them in TestCafe/Cypress,
• Analyzing quality needs regarding the project,
• Building automation culture,
• Strengthening testing automation strategy,
• Participating in sprint and project planning and executing project commitments,
• Closely collaborating with other engineers, ensuring that user stories have a common understanding across the teams.

Requirements:

• Understanding, that your responsibilities are not just about testing,
• Knowledge of how to ensure quality in Agile Organizations.
• Understanding of iterative delivery models.
• 5+ years of experience in application testing.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial automation testing using JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience in working in a CI/CD environment. 
• Willingness to learn and develop automation/E2E tests in Cypress/TestCafe frameworks,
• Have an excellent command of English and Polish languages (at least C1 level, both speaking and writing).
