Our client is an absolute leader in the market, they create solutions to support the operations of commercial properties i.e. building complexes, logistics parks, office buildings. They create web and mobile applications that help manage such buildings. These include, for example Guest Book, software that allows the operation of the reception desk, software that allows the control of entrances and exits in logistics parks, or software through which tenants can report defects.

We are seeking an ambitious individual who is eager to embark on a rewarding career as a Growth Hacker with experience in the field of digital marketing, specifically in SaaS. If you are fluent in English, have a genuine passion for marketing, thrive in an autonomous environment, and are eager to join our vibrant Cracow team of 60 people, then this opportunity is for you!

Exciting Challenges Ahead

As a Growth Marketing Hacker, your role will involve a variety of exciting tasks with the main goal to lead a generation tailored to your interests and skills, including:

  • Analyzing data from various sources to generate practical insights.
  • Developing and executing effective SEO & PPC campaigns to drive optimal results.
  • Crafting and implementing successful inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Focusing on optimizing conversion rates, website performance, and lead generation.
  • Devising comprehensive growth marketing strategies
  • Working together on the craziest thing we can think of to drive remarkable growth!

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

  • Experience in running Lead Generating/B2B campaigns (at least 3 years).
  • Excellent command of English, C1 level (written and spoken).
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects.
  • Taking responsibility for the undertaken tasks.

You can increase your chances if:

  • You have proven experience in SEO.
  • You can practically use Social Media for lead generation (B2B), especially LinkedIn.
  • You are familiar with CMS systems (Webflow).
  • You know how to effectively use social Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • You’re a good writer – we care about creating valuable and diverse content, which will be suitable for our target group.
  • Understand proptech and ESG space.
