After signing the agreement, we schedule a meeting with the Hiring Manager to discuss all the details necessary for recruiting candidates. These include information about the company, the position, candidate requirements, the recruitment process, and proposed employment conditions. Gathering detailed information is essential for conducting an effective recruitment process and searching for candidates best suited to the company’s expectations. Sourcing and candidate selection

Having all the necessary information regarding requirements, we proceed to actively search for candidates. With selected candidates, we schedule a screening where through relevant questions, we assess their experience and suitability. Candidate recommendation

After interviewing selected candidates, we prepare a recommendation that includes information about the candidate, their experience, motivation for job change, salary expectations, English language proficiency, and availability.
